Training Program for Special Passengers 

Many rules are governing the acceptation of special passengers on board, in civil aviation.  Safety briefings must be given individually to each special passenger by the crews, regarding safety and comfort on board the aircraft, evacuation procedures etc. Here are some examples of special passengers: 

• handicapped person (mental or physical)
• pregnant woman 
• unaccompanied minor 
• passenger speaking an unfamiliar language 
• family with child and/or baby 
• elderly person with problems with mobility
• overweight person 
• etc...
