Instructional Techniques for Flight Attendant/
Cabin Crew Training
As aviation technology becomes more and more complicated, it's reflection is
evident in the standards and procedures to be used by crew members, including flight
attendants. Through accident investigation, it has become apparent that inadequate
training techniques or a lack of uniformity in training has unfortunately resulted in
human error. For much too long, flight attendants' training was second-rated. However, in
today's world where the survival of an airline depends on a thin margin of profit, it is
of prime importance that you are confident that your flight attendants have been
adequately trained in their tasks.
We offer your instructors skilled training techniques which will enable them to
develop a superior training program for your airline. This knowledge applies to
experienced as well as new instructors. Since this training program is specially oriented
towards the duties and responsibilities of flight attendants, it is imperative that these
candidates be knowledgeable in the field.
This training program is very interactive and is based on student participation.
Trainees will have to participate in both the development, delivery and evaluation of a
training period.
Additional information as to where the instructors may find relevant sources of
information such as newspaper or TV newscasts will be covered.
