Registration
Registration
is payable full in advance. Certificate is invoiced at
$20.00/participant. To confirm your place, please
contact us at
ariane@ariane-info.com.
To attend a course, please register online at

print , fill out the order/ registration form and return by email at
ariane@ariane-info.com .
You will be
notified of your enrolment upon receipt of your order/ registration
form. If we don't have your enrolment form and a full payment 2 weeks
prior to the course, you are not entitled to the course and we
reserve the right to put you on the next available class. Course includes
participant's notes and coffee breaks. Applicable taxes to be added. Payment can be done by
credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), direct debit (Interac),
wire transfer, company cheque or Western Union. Please note that no
reimbursement is sent, only credit memo for the paid fees.
Discounted Fee
For all
courses, a discounted fee of 10% can be granted to companies or
governments for a service agreement only; to do so, please
fill out and return to us by email at
ariane@ariane-info.com the
Rebate Form.
Cancellation
and Postponements
If you fail to attend a course
without advising us at least 2 weeks before you lose your enrolment
and payment. All cancellations and postponements must be notified in
writing minimum of 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the course. We accept student substitutes at no additional charge until
the course start date. If we don't have enough students for a class
(5) it is postponed to the next available class in the calendar.
Please note that we are not responsible for any inconvenience due to
a cancellation or postponement.

English and/or French. Other languages should be added in 2009 (Arabic,
