Duty Officer

Responsibilities:
-
Monitor the progress of all company
flights and provide operational information as may be required to
all flights operated by the company;
-
Prepare (dispatch) and ensure flight
follow-ups as per established company SOPs;
-
Communicate with Crew Scheduler,
Maintenance, Medical and Sales departments, and management before,
during and upon completion of all missions;
-
Address Customer inquiries by
telephone;
-
Pre-alert flight planning agencies
(when required), customs and immigration offices, handling agencies
and fixed base operators of confirmed flight assignments;
-
Assign crews to missions in
accordance with existing procedures and priorities;
-
Monitor and ensure that regulations
and policies regarding crew duty times and crew rest are respected;
-
Monitor airport
conditions, NOTAMS and current air
traffic control
situations on
behalf of flight
crew members and provide meteorological data, without analysis or
interpretation;
-
Convey to the pilot-in-command the
necessary information to ensure the safe conduct of the flight;
-
Initiate emergency response
procedures as required by the company Emergency Response Manual;
-
Perform all other duties as assigned
by the Manager of the Operations Coordination Centre.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of experience in a Flight
Dispatch environment;
-
Be fully knowledgeable in the area
of alerting procedures;
-
Have succeeded Transport Canada
dispatcher generic exams (operation and meteorology) is an asset;
-
Possess the radio operator
certificate;
-
Knowledge on how to read weather
information;
-
Ability to work unsupervised, to
take initiative, to make decisions, and work in a dynamic aviation
environment;
-
Team player with strong
interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
-
Work well under pressure and possess
good judgment;
-
Work well directly with customers,
with a strong commitment to providing the best customer service in
the industry;
-
Computer literate, proficient with
Microsoft software tools (Word/Excel/Outlook);
-
Fluent in French and English;

Agent

Schedule: Full-time (day, evening and night)
Responsibilities:
-
Ensure proper operations of the facilities. (i.e.
Fuelling & movement of aircrafts);
-
Completion of fuel orders;
-
Ensure building, trucks and other equipments are
clean and well maintained;
-
Ensure proper briefing to the next team at end of
each shift;
-
Ensure
ramp and hangar are free of obstructions or potential hazardous
objects;
-
Ensure readiness and replenishment of the de-ice
truck during winter activities
-
Other related duties, such as washing
dishes, keeping change room clean, completion of any
lavatory servicing
request and change garbage)
Qualifications:
- Class 3 driver’s license
preferable;
- Customer service skills;
- Safety oriented;

Responsibilities:

Give help in setting-up chartered and scheduled flights on managed
aircraft and aero medical flights for worldwide destinations on a
variety of aircraft;

Provide the logistic and administrative support to ensure proper
flight following procedures for all flights (Overflight and landing
permits, customs, immigration, etc.);
-
Assist in the coordination of all flights;
-
Prepare flights as per established in company SOP’s;
-
Address customer service inquiries by phone and e-mail;

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Provide high standards service to
customers in accordance with the Skyservice culture, to ensure
efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of customers;

Ensure communication and coordination
between customers, line service crew and staff;

Coordinate catering, car rental, hotel
booking and reservation, etc.;

Maintain, monitor and update the
Aircraft entry log and advise Line Service Crew accordingly;

Qualifications:
