Adapt to Change Training
Description:
An initial Adapt to Change training for individuals and companies.
This course is an introduction to the management of personal change
in a professional environment. Participants will be introduced to
basic change theory and the stages of change. Through large group
discussion and activities, participants will learn to identify the
impact of change, enhance skills for managing change, and devise
personal strategies to deal effectively with change. You have to enthusiastically embrace
change and take some risk for once. Change can be positive or
negative - depending on how you look at it. But remember that a successful business,
has to adapts and regulates itself to
survive in an ever-changing environment. Motivate your team by being
an example, by showing them exactly how they’re doing, and gain
their trust and insight by soliciting their feedback. With
measurement and motivation, this awareness program will be priceless
for your team.
Content:
In life and in your career,
you have to "Adapt or Die". This course looks at the
Leader's role in helping others to adapt to change. Organizations
need to adapt rapidly yet the seemingly relentless pace of change
can cause uncertainty, the inability to take decisions and
disaffection. This not only impacts on organizational effectiveness
but also the individual well being of colleagues. By the end of the
course, participants will be able to examine the effects of change
on individuals, teams and the organization, explore how you can help
others adapt to change, practice discussing change in a way that
increases involvement and builds commitment, get more assertiveness
and confident about your capacity to be quick, and much more.
Jean Piaget once wrote that "intelligence is to have the capacity to
adapt".
