Description:
A initial course
designed for aircraft maintenance staff, pilots and almost all aviation
personnel. The training can
be adapted to your special needs due to its modular framework. We offer
human factors basic training and continuation training, taking your
organizational structure and reporting system into consideration. The
training is highly interactive and particular, developed for the
maintenance and operations environment. Discussions, awareness
proficiency, attitude and organizational issues, human errors, quality &
safety aspects are provided via videos, role playing and
facilitation by the instructors. The instructors are explicitly trained
and qualified.
This course will make you aware of many human factors
that influence us. With case studies, you will be able to find tools,
develop new strategies and evaluate the importance of prevention and risk
