A good manners, good personality training for crews and
other staff having contact with customers, meeting the
airline requirements and your national civil aviation
authority (if applicable).
First impression counts...Your
personnel must meet very high standards, especially flight and cabin
crew, and for staff at all levels - even management.
We also train those who work
at zero altitude
such
as ground staff, passengers handling staff, management, clerks, and others. In these courses, employees in customer-facing
roles are taught how to shape their appearance for more
success.
