This seminar on appearance and fashionable manners is important. First impression counts...Your personnel must meet very high standards, especially flight and cabin crew, and for staff at all levels - even management. We also train those who work at zero altitude such as ground staff, passengers handling staff, management, clerks, and others. In these courses, employees in customer-facing roles are taught how to shape their appearance for more success.
