Description: When you fly
for an airline or a corporate jet, you are the host in a fine
environment at an average of 35,000 feet. You will provide to your
passengers an array of culinary delights guaranteed to satisfy their
palate. The award winning chefs and catering department use only the
best ingredients to conjure up an exquisite and eclectic menu. Your
passengers will experience fine dining on board. The effort and care put
into selecting food and drinks are reflected in the numerous compliments
received. As a regular cabin crew or VIP cabin crew working onboard, you
will be serving a broad array of signature delicatessen such as, for
example, smoked salmon, caviar, and more. Many special meals are also
personally prepared by the airline/ corporate professional chefs/
catering personnel such as: diet, vegetarian, kosher, children etc. You
will complement the passenger's meal with a wide selection of fine wines
and champagnes, including select vintages from different parts of the
world. This service & galley training program is designed for cabin crew
and/or corporate cabin crew, meeting
all the requirements from the industry, and the national civil aviation
authority (if applicable).
