Description: To ensure that your flight crews and cabin crews see the big picture in every situation and take the proper action, we offer you a generic or customized emergencies-training program consisting of 2 parts: Emergency and Fine Cuisine and Protocol/ Etiquette/ VIP/ VVIP. Based on the aviation industry's requirements, and national and international regulations when applicable.

Emergency
Acting quickly and properly in an emergency situation is something than can be learned properly. We offer training for people in the global aviation industry and/or people interested in the aspects of aviation emergency situations in order to exceed the expectations of your guests on board. Ditching, aborted take off, fire onboard – every emergency is very different.

Fine Cuisine
The aim is to optimize the in-flight service so that your VIP guests enjoy every aspect of a 5-star flying restaurant. The one week program includes practical experience in service and Fine Cuisine preparation under the personal guidance of a chef de cuisine.  The organization, preparation and presentation of Haute Cuisine is the key to first-class service, which can only be complemented by the recommendation of fine wines to round out a perfect menu. For instance, flight conditions such as altitude and air pressure have an extreme effect on the taste and bouquet of the wine. Our culinary and wine consultants, exclusively instructs our flight attendants students in such fine matters to ensure that guests´ experience on board is unmatched. We explains that well trained service personnel bestowed with a well-founded food & beverage know-how will be comfortable to create international menus in any environment.

Protocol/ Etiquette/ VIP/ VVIP
Teaching of protocol standards and refining intercultural communication skills are an integral part of the VIP Excellence program content. Our special intercultural communication training given by expert trainers brings a new dimension in customer care. To enhance the experience on board, our flight attendants have been instructed in floral arrangements and interior settings, which give a normal aircraft cabin an individual and exclusive touch. A personal image trainer for our flight attendants brings the practical portion of the training to conclusion. The written examination qualifies our trainees. The VIP Excellence program is the first of its kind given by a private aviation training centre. The certification, which is more and more renowned worldwide for its training and certification standards, underlines our goal to offer uncompromising service.
