Description:
A training, developed and adapted to the work environment of crew members,
based on ICAO and national NMAC and international ECC/CPR guidelines.
Participate in a fun, environment
while learning simple techniques for
First Aid and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation). Learn
safety and healthy lifestyle choices which are key to illness and injury
prevention. Red Cross Instructors, St-Johns Ambulance, Fondations des
maladies du coeur and other approved
CENTREs individualize the training and provide
continuous feedback which increases skill retention so that participants
are more likely to feel prepared to apply skills in an emergency situation. As required by actual
regulations, this
type of training is valid for a period of three (3) years. Meanwhile, we
recommends an annual training. On-site training available.

CPR/AED Courses
Heartsaver (Level A)
Learn to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies that occur to
people aged 8 and over.
Duration: 3.5 to 4.5 hours
Heartsaver Plus (Level B)
Learn to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies that occur to
adults, children 1-8 years old and infants under 1 year old.
Duration: 4.5 to 6.5 hours
Basic Rescuer (Level C)
Includes all information covered in Level B, plus two-rescuer CPR.
The recognized level for health care professionals (nurses, lifeguards,
etc.) and First Responders.
Duration: 6.5 to 8.5 hours
Infant/Child (Level D)
CPR skills focusing on emergencies involving infants and children
only. This level is also included in the Red Cross ChildSafe Program.
Duration: 4 to 5 hours
