Prices are established in Canadian dollars for Canadian orders, and Euros for orders of any other country unless otherwise instructed (subject to change without notice). Full payment is requested, when ordering.

Order
Orders are sent as determined by Ariane Information by best method of delivery;  registered air mail or express posts with a Canada Post tracking number. On request, your order is sent by special courier; please provide your courier's name (ex: FedEx, DHL, UPS, Purolator etc.) and account number.  Customers are responsible for customs and/or duty fees on international orders. For more info

Guarantee
We guarantee to deliver a no. 1 customer service within the timeframe indicated. We answer calls within business hours and reply to emails within a few days. You must be completely satisfied or you may return your order in its original packaging within 30 days of reception, for an exchange (no refund). Please note that all returns must be authorized by us first . Please contact us  for an authorization number and the reason. Please provide your invoice number, complete name, company, mailing address and allow a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks for an exchange of equal value less shipping fees.
